Refund, Cancellation & Batch Rescheduling Policy

This policy explains how cancellation, refund, rescheduling, merging, and postponement requests are handled for Learn With Afsha Academy courses.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. How to request a cancellation or refund

All cancellation and refund requests must be sent by email to:

info@learnwithafsha.com

Please include:

  • Learner’s full name;
  • Registered email address or phone number;
  • Course or batch name;
  • Payment transaction ID; and
  • Reason for the cancellation or refund request.

The date on which the email is received at the above address will be used to determine the applicable refund amount.

2. Standard cancellation refund rules

When the cancellation request is received Refund
20 or more calendar days before the scheduled batch start date 100% of fees paid
7 to 19 calendar days before the scheduled batch start date 50% of fees paid
Less than 7 calendar days before the scheduled batch start date No refund
On or after the scheduled batch start date No refund

Refund percentages apply to the amount actually paid by the learner at the time the request is received. No administrative deduction applies to an approved refund under this policy.

3. Rescheduled, merged, or postponed batches

The Academy may reschedule, merge, or postpone a batch where reasonably necessary. We will normally try to provide at least one week’s advance notice through the learner’s registered email, phone number, or WhatsApp number where reasonably practicable.

A learner may join the revised batch. If the revised batch is not reasonably suitable and the Academy cannot offer a suitable alternative, the learner may request a 100% refund of the amount paid for the affected course.

This rescheduling-related refund is available even where the standard cancellation window would otherwise provide a lower or no refund.

4. Installments and incomplete payments

If an installment payment fails or is late, the Academy may place admission or course access on hold after giving notice. If the payment is not cleared within one week after notice, enrolment may be cancelled.

A learner may rejoin after clearing dues only if the batch is still running and access can reasonably be restored. If enrolment ends because payment is not completed, the Academy will not claim a continuing obligation to pay future unpaid installments.

5. Transfers

Standard learner-requested batch transfers and course transfers are not currently offered. This does not affect the Academy’s obligation to consider a suitable alternative where the Academy has rescheduled, merged, or postponed a batch, as described in Section 3 above.

6. Approved refund processing

Once approved, refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payer and original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing time after we initiate a refund may also depend on the relevant UPI or banking provider.

7. Conduct-related removal

If a learner is removed or enrolment is ended because of serious or repeated misconduct, fees already paid will not ordinarily be refunded. This is subject to applicable law and does not limit any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
