Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Learn With Afsha Academy website, course enquiries, admissions, enrolments, and online learning programs.

Last updated: September 1, 2026

1. About the Academy

Learn With Afsha Academy is an online learning academy operated by Afsha Naaz, Sole Proprietor, from Delhi, India.

In these Terms, “Academy,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Learn With Afsha Academy. “Learner,” “you,” and “your” mean a person making an enquiry, applying, enrolling, attending a course, or using our website.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By using our website, submitting an enquiry or application, enrolling in a course, or making a payment, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

If the learner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide the required consent before enrolment is completed.

3. Course delivery and access

  • Courses are delivered online.
  • Live classes are currently conducted through Google Meet or another platform communicated by the Academy.
  • Admission is confirmed only after the Academy confirms enrolment and any applicable payment requirement is completed.
  • Learners must provide accurate and current contact details so that course communications can reach them.
  • Access links, class details, materials, and learner-only communications are for the enrolled learner only and must not be shared with anyone else.

4. Fees and payments

  • Admission is free of charge. We do not charge a registration fee unless clearly stated in writing for a specific future offering.
  • Course fees may be payable in full or in installments, as communicated for the relevant course.
  • Prices displayed for a course include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
  • At present, payments are accepted through the UPI ID or QR code shared by the Academy. Cash payments are not accepted.
  • If a payment fails or an installment remains unpaid, the Academy may place admission or course access on hold after giving notice. If payment is not cleared within one week after notice, enrolment may be cancelled.
  • A learner may rejoin after clearing outstanding dues only if the relevant batch is still running and access can reasonably be restored.
  • If enrolment ends because payment is not completed, the Academy will not claim a continuing obligation to pay future unpaid installments.

5. Batch schedules and reasonable changes

Course schedules may be flexible. The Academy may reasonably change class timing, curriculum sequence, learning materials, delivery methods, or other operational details, while seeking to preserve the overall objective of the course.

The Academy may reschedule, merge, or postpone a batch where reasonably necessary, including due to operational requirements or low enrolment. We will normally try to give at least one week’s prior notice through the learner’s registered email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number where reasonably practicable.

If a revised batch is not reasonably suitable for a learner and the Academy cannot offer a suitable alternative, the learner may request a 100% refund of the amount paid for the affected course, as described in the Refund, Cancellation & Batch Rescheduling Policy.

6. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Batch Rescheduling Policy , which forms part of these Terms.

Refund requests must be sent by email to info@learnwithafsha.com . The applicable refund depends on the date the request is received and the policy in force for the enrolled course.

Standard course-to-course or learner-requested batch transfers are not currently offered.

7. Attendance, assessments, and certificates

A certificate of completion may be issued only when the learner has:

  • Attended at least 70% of the relevant course sessions;
  • Completed or submitted the required test sheets or assessments; and
  • Paid all applicable course fees.

The Academy may withhold a certificate where these requirements have not been met.

8. Learner conduct

Learners must help maintain a respectful, safe, and productive learning environment. The following are not permitted:

  • Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, abusive language, or personal attacks.
  • Repeated disruption of classes or interference with another learner’s participation.
  • Cheating, impersonation, or dishonest use of assessments or academic work.
  • Sharing obscene, unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate material.
  • Sharing meeting links, passwords, materials, or learner-only access with non-enrolled persons.
  • Any conduct that compromises another person’s privacy, safety, dignity, or ability to learn.

Where appropriate, the Academy may issue a warning, restrict access, suspend participation, or terminate enrolment for serious or repeated misconduct. Fees already paid will not ordinarily be refunded in such cases, subject to applicable law and the Refund, Cancellation & Batch Rescheduling Policy.

9. Course materials and intellectual property

Course content, notes, slides, worksheets, assignments, branding, text, graphics, and other Academy materials are owned by or used with permission by Learn With Afsha Academy, unless stated otherwise.

Learners may use materials shared by the Academy for their own personal learning. Learners may not copy, sell, publish, upload, distribute, reproduce, or share Academy materials with another person without prior written permission.
